Chris and Anya Gandy have been serving with Novo now since 2009. After working on site in St. Petersburg, Russia coaching and assisting Russian ministry leaders involved in orphan outreach, the Gandys now serve remotely from Texas. Anya is an integral part of a St. Petersburg, Russia based missions team that is currently developing and translating a curriculum that will revolutionize outreach efforts undertaken by small groups and churches across the former Soviet Union. Besides serving as head translator, Anya is also continuing her support of The Harbor, an outreach to young adult orphans in Russia. The Gandys are also currently exploring new opportunities for training that will enable them to more effectively serve and empower workers and ministry leaders, whether these leaders are serving cross-culturally or are nationals.
